Loot Rules (VERY IMPORTANT READ THE POST AGREE AFTER TO RECIEVE LOOT)

the new improved loot rules

THESE NEW LOOT RULES ARE THE RULES THAT EVERY SUCCESSFUL GUILD FOLLOWS AND THESE ARE THE ONES THAT THIS GUILD WILL FOLLOW

Loot is based off of loot council from officers that in each raid. As there is a private vent channel for each officer to put a vote for who gets what loot when it drops so its never up to just one person. If for some reason and of the officers are not in raid like a put together 10 man the loot council is predecided by the raid leader. And if for some reason the officers in raid are at an even number then there are backup loot council members to be called on for votes (these will be named at the bottom of post)

1. Loot is based off a upgrade for a players current piece of equipment.
2. Loot is based off the quality of play that the player is (if your doing your best you have nothing to worry about)
3. Loot is based off being on-time at the entrance not needing summons that slow down the start of the raid
4. random afk's before scheduled breaks and not accpeting ready checks becuase you were alt-tabbed shows that you werent taking the raid seriously
5. Helping the guild overall...wether it be talking with other players of your classes to improve their playstyle is just as important as farming mats for the guild bank which is just important as helping with ideas for downing bosses.
6. ATTITUDE honestly iff you have been an ass the entire raid (this includes officers and raid members) you will be excluded from loot.....we would rather not have you around
7. if you bitch about loot...honestly this is the way things are run iff you dont like it go find a guild that will always put you first and get you all the gear you want ahead of the 24 other people

I agree... however i would like to add something that has been talked about before. When we have pugs, guildies have priority no matter what. I dont think we need to gear out other peoples guilds before our own. If the pugs dont like it then they can go run with their own fail guild or pug somewhere else.
